I agree! It's inhumane! Then again, I never understood how you managed to do it year after year at the market. If I'm up that early, I fall dead asleep at 10am.

And to think you used to get up at gawdawful hours like that every day!

That's what time I get up every morning, lol. But yeah - it's entirely too early!

4:30 is not all that fun, but really once you get used to it, it's not so bad. It's probably not even necessary that I get up that early anymore, and I still usually roll out at that time. But after a two week break of 8:00 AM wake up calls, I'm with you. 4:30 sucks.

I'm smiling thinking of all those years you plugged along doing that early-early thing for so little reward and how satisfying it must be to know it's just a scheduling bump these days and not a life sentence! ~LA

It's interesting how a person's perspective on a topic can vary greatly from the next. At 4:30am (during the week), I've already been up for over 2 hrs and at that point in time, am finishing my workout. So, for *me*, 4:30 wake up would be luxurious. At the same time, I can see where my bed time (typically 7:30pm) would seem torturous to others.

early to rise, early to work, early to get home. It all works out in the end.....hope you get to enjoy the sunlight at least.
