Fun in Tombstone!

I am in the haunted room in the house, and when I went up to bed, I could hear some faint small voice in a sing-song kind of way... I thought, Gee, they could wait at least until I'm in bed with the lights off! Then I realized, DUH, it was casa-rosie out calling the cats in for the night. Hobbes has been AWOL, and he wasn't feeling good, so Rosie is kind of worried about him. Send all your good thoughts!

Today was a day of shopping, errands, and of course, no trip to Tombstone would be complete without...

CARNIES!!!

Yes, folks, there was a carnival in Sierra Vista that we happened upon..

And the carnies themselves had very festive shirts on!

Really, Rosie and Theratqueen had to drag me away!

We finally made it back to Tombstone, had lunch and made cookies, and then took a walk around town. Of course, that doesn't take long, since Tombstone isn't that big, but it was good to get out and walk for a while.

We did see something that reminded us of la-the-sage:

OK, it wasn't the guy inside we were looking at, but the car.

Tonight is movie fest: We are watching the last two Pirates of the Caribbean movies, since I haven't seen any of them, and we watched the first one last night. Yeah, wild times in Tombstone!!

Gee you guys had all the fun.....loved the VW car....but I did wonder how that guy got into that car...he looked a bit.....BIG! Hope your trip back home goes well...
