Poolapie took the words right out of my mouth -- and I think hummingbirds LOVE mimosa trees, don't they? Have a ball with Poola and Rosie today! Love, R (gal botanist) xxx

Hummingbirds do indeed love mimosa trees. I have a huge one in the center of a circle garden in my back yard...we also have hummingbird feeders all over so we can watch them.

Do you have a rental contract at all?? I wouldn't trust a landlord to really tell the truth about selling---If you were the landlord, would you tell your renter and risk her finding a new place and moving out?? Gabi is lucky to have someone who takes her to a park for the day!

Psis has a point - I was thinking the same thing, in fact. Better to keep an eye out for comparable rental deals while you can.

I hope the landlord was telling the truth but the above comments about looking around for other good rentals is a good one. Also, hope that the landlord sees what work still needs to be done by his contractor and gets it finished finally. Sounds like you had a great pre-lim on the javelina catina meet-up. How many are signed up now?
